From a Florida estate, this is a gorgeous bracelet and extender made by Karizia Spa with solid sterling silver in Italy. It's hallmarked, "925, Italy, KA 1772". It appears to have not been used and comes with an extender.
Measurement of the bracelet is approximately 7 inches long, the extender is 2 inches long. Width is approximately 1/3 of an inch or 10mm. Total weight is 19 grams.
It's in very good condition. The clasp works fine.
