Condition Notes:

Fixture #1: Please see pictures for exterior condition.  Brass part behind lamp has been cleaned and polished.

Fixture #2: Please pictures for exterior condition.  Brass part behind lamp has been cleaned and polished.  Sheet glass has been replaced on all 3 sides.  Hinges on door have been welded back to frame.  All parts are original except for sheet glass.

Both fixtures are tested and working.

Both fixtures use E12 socket B11 candelabra bulbs.

Fixtures are ETL certified for wet locations.

Mounting kit is included with the sconces

Regarding the wear and tear on the outside of the fixtures, this is considered weathering and not covered in Urban Electric's warranty.
