This is a New With Tags pullover jersey style shirt from Marvel Studios.  It's kind of spirit jersey with the lettering across the back. It's for "New Asgard Tours"  with the logo in front and the back lettering, and also has sleeve varsity stripes.  It's a size Men's S, but the measurements suggest it will fit toward a Medium also:
