This Reynolds 531 Coventry Eagle frame is solid, it has no bends, dents or scratches. The frame is 531 but the forks are not, to the best of my knowledge. The bottom bracket thread is good. I restored the frame by taking it to bare metal, 3 coats of zinc primer, 3 coats of British Racing Green paint, applying decals, then two coats of lacquer. Lug lining is in gold. Seat tube and cross bar are both 57cm. A lovely light, strong frame from the golden age of British cycling. Included in the sale is the head badge which was originally riveted to the frame, but I’ve left it unattached as a buyer might want to glue it. Note the small blemish on the frame, photo included.
