IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH TECHNOLOGY THIS IS NOT THE RADIO FOR YOU AS IT COVERS MULTIPLE BANDS AND 15 CHANNEL ZONES. MAYBE LOOK ST OUR RT 470X AS ITS A BIT SIMPLER TO USE IF YOU TELL US WHAT AIRPORT YOU REQUIRE WE CAN INSTALL IT FOR YOU.

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A MOBILE RADIO ITS DESIGNED FOR OUTDOOR USE IT MAY WORK INDOORS BUT NOT AS GOOD AS THERE LOTS OF INTERFERENCE IN A MODERN HOME.

AN EXTERNAL ANTENNA WILL GREATLY IMPROVE THE SIGNAL QUALITY INDOORS.

This radio is brilliant for a bit of everything its good on air marine ham and pmr and it can do cb bands too but not as well as a cb or our radtel rt950pro rt900 & rt920

comes with all the factory accessories plus a extra long range quality 771 antenna for better range  and airband reception.  CB  antenna available in our listings if you are going to transmit on the 27mhz frequency I recommend a CB only antenna as using dual band one  will damage the radio and invalidate the 30 day warranty.

Do not turn the radio on without a antenna fitted.

No not use fast mobile phone usb chargers and always use the supplied cable this radio is designed to charge at 1.0a @5v using the usb A to type c cable
