The MAHLE controllers we offer are NEW - never worked in the car - unfortunately the plastic part is scratched therefore they are half price.
The controllers were bought directly from production in Germany, where a mechanical fault was detected in a turbine on the production line, so that all turbines in the batch were destined for disposal and the controllers were unscrewed and sold to us.
Therefore, we sell ORIGINAL MAHLE controllers for less than half the price of a new one, describing them as remanufactured, despite the fact that the mechanical and electronic components are completely new and the controller differs from a new one only in that there is scratched plastic.
The controllers are disassembled after purchase, everything is thoroughly cleaned, new grease is applied if the adjuster requires it, and the exterior is sandblasted - we do this because we do not know how long the adjuster was in the box. Finally, each adjuster is checked with the highest quality diagnostic tester exclusively for adjusters and comes out from us for sale only if it has 100% efficiency.

The actuators come directly from the manufacturer from collective packaging, exhibitions at fairs, production surpluses, etc. - they do not have individual boxes, so as you can see in the pictures, they may have dirt or light abrasions (the pictures reflect the actual appearance of the goods). We guarantee that the controllers have never worked in cars. Controllers can be marked by us for storage purposes and sealed. Some adjusters have been sandblasted to improve appearance.

Each controller we sell has been checked and tested by qualified personnel working on branded equipment, thanks to which we can be sure that the parts we offer are functional. The moment of the test at our headquarters is the first contact between the controller and the turbine.
