Please note I purchased this at an estate sale and when I tested it, one shutter was slow to open at first, I barely touched, it dropped down and from that point on it opened and closed on cue with the others though it doesn’t quite close up as tightly as the others three(see photo) Upon inspection I can see that a repair was done on the hinge so that explains the slight delay in the beginning. Also note that when researching I saw quite a few with all 4 hinges completely removed and just displayed as rotating, musical snowglobe in its altered state.
