You can pick any of our products up direct from the saddlery if you like or we can post them direct to you. You can even come on in and try them first.
For most products, we choose Australia Post standard delivery. In some cases when this is not possible, we may use a domestic courier.
Please be sure of your size before ordering, freight charges for returning incorrectly sized items are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to exchange any item within 14 days of purchase or offer you a store credit to use at any time. All goods are to be returned in their original packaging including labels and header cards and are to be unused, and in brand new condition. Please get in contact with us before returning goods. Exchange post is the responsibility of the buyer. Please choose carefully however as we are not required to refund a change of mind.
