History of this router: It was donated to my shop by a customer who got a router supplied by their cable company. I am an electronics repair technician who (like most others) is dealing with job loss. I properly have factory reset this router, upgraded the firmware to the most recent version provided by the manufacturer, and tested it. It's now working as good as new and will be safe and reliable.
