PAYMENT: Payment for all items must be received within 8 days of the auction ending or eBay will automatically open an unpaid item dispute. If you need more time, please let us know so that we can extend the payment time. To avoid confusion, please wait until we send you an invoice with a total dollar amount before making payment. If you require an alternate shipping method, such as Express/Registered/Certified Mail or insurance, just let us know and we will send you an adjusted invoice.

UNITED STATES SALES: US$1.00 shipped via eBay Standard Envelope (if the closing price of this item or combined lots is below US$20.00 in value with maximum weight of 3 oz); US$6.00 shipped via USPS First Class Package (if the closing price of this item or combined lots is over $20.00, but below US$100.00 in value or over 3 oz in weight); or Free Shipping (if the closing price of this item or combined lots is over US$100.00 in value).

The shipping fee, whichever the highest, will be applied to all individual/combined shipments. Above shipping fees are for shipments without insurance coverage. If you want to have your items fully insured, please let us know before sending your payments and we will send you an adjusted invoice with insurance fee (insurance fee will be determined later).

COMBINED SHIPMENTS: Effective immediately to get combined shipping all items must be paid in the same invoice. This is due to the fact that PayPal is no longer refunding the fees incurred with each transaction. If you want to combine your orders to reduce shipping fees, you must request for a total, and wait for the revised invoice from us before sending your payments. We will no longer be able to issue refunds on items paid for separately but shipped together. Your orders won't be combined if you sent your payments separately without/before request for a total. Combined shipping fee for single stamps is US$0.50 for each additional order won/purchased within one week. The shipping fee, whichever the highest, will be applied to all individual/combined shipments. We appreciate your understanding.

OTHERS: We only charge the buyer for the purchase price, plus shipping fees. Import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the Customs Department of the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Department to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Also, some countries have prohibited numismatic and philatelic items to enter their countries. Please check with your country’s Customs Department/Postal Services Agency before bidding/buying. All international shipments need to have a full Customs Declaration Form attached to the outside of the envelope. We cannot falsify information on the Customs Declaration Form. We will not under declare the value of the items or mark the items as a “Gift”. The contents are marked “Merchandise” and include the HS Tariff Number of 970400. The amount stated on the form is the actual value of the items, not includes the shipping fees.
