Warranty And Returns

GS Car parts:

All our parts are stamped with our own markings

All parts must be checked on arrival, if parts are signed for in good condition without opening the package and the part has been broken or damaged in transit there is nothing much we can do so if the driver refuses to wait then simply sign for the parcel as damaged to ensure your covering yourself.

All our parts are tested on the vehicles before removal to ensure we are supplying the best used parts possible.

If for any reason a part we have supplied is wrong or faulty then this should be reported to GS car parts within 48 hours.

Once we receive the part back and it is proven to be a wrong or faulty we will send out a replacement part, if we cannot exchange then a full refund will be issued but please note we do not cover any labor charges.

If a correct part is sent but wrongly ordered by the customer it must be reported to GS parts within 7 days and returned at the customers cost for a refund minus original delivery charge and 25% handling fee.

Please note that some items we will deliver with our own company drivers to prevent damage so please allow a few days extra on delivery.
