This is a MC Escher 'Sky and water' t-shirt in a size medium, this has been worn and washed and so shows signs of wear including fading and bobbling which I have tried to picture as accurately as I can. 

Approximate measurements:

Pit to pit: 19.5 inches

Neck to hem: 26 inches
