hello this a very attractive work of art by Rick Terry 2004 - it is a figurine that is sign "friend of the NRA" - the rim of hat may had been broken or it may had been made this way - pic shows this - it has some weight to it and is approx. 12"h x 7"W x 6"L - I hope you will like him - I thank you for checking out this item
