This American Flag basket is a nice quality as it's entirely made of wood except for the handle which is metal.  The stars are cut out and the "stripes" are applied pieces of wood.  There is a bit of staining along the bottom inside of one side (see last picture).  A few of the woven wood pieces along top are split but doesn't affect function of the basket.  Piece has a nice country, primitive or folk art feel to it.  Great for any 4th of July display.
