Notice to EU Buyers: Temporary Shipping Suspension
Due to the strict EU customs regulations and new e-commerce tax policies implemented on July 1st, 2026, my local postal service (Chunghwa Post/Taiwan Post) has temporarily suspended the integrated electronic IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) declaration system for individual sellers.
As an independent individual seller, I am currently unable to technically synchronize the platform's tax data through the postal system. Shipping under these new conditions would unfortunately result in severe customs clearance delays, double taxation (being charged VAT again at your local customs), and unexpected postal handling fees for you upon delivery.
To protect my buyers from these unfair additional charges and ensure a smooth shopping experience, I have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all shipping to EU member states until a compatible shipping solution becomes available for individual sellers.
Please note that this suspension does NOT affect shipping to the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, or other non-EU countries, which remain fully operational.
I sincerely apologize to all my valued customers in the EU for this systemic inconvenience, and I deeply appreciate your kind understanding and patience.
