This is the 2nd year that Topps offered two different one-cent football wax packs/wrappers, the “Repeat” and “Single”

variations. The offered “Single” wrapper is MINT and has the “Initial Ring” side panel variation. While the “Single”

variation is more plentiful than the Repeat variation, I have noticed that only one low-grade example has sold on

eBay over the last 3 years. This example is gorgeous, and after reviewing under a bright light and 5X magnification, I

see no flaws to note. It has super clean surfaces, bright, bold colors, and sharp edges/corners. The colors used for

these 1960 football wrappers are so cool. This wrapper would be a worthy compliment to the finest 1960 complete

set or card collection, or any vintage wrapper collection.

I have been fortunate enough to purchase a very extensive and high-grade sport & non-sport wrapper collection from

a long-time hobby veteran who was a very active dealer and collector during the infancy stages of our great hobby.
