The 1957 set was filled with great players & several great rookies. Imagine the cards that these wrappers once held as they made their way to the lucky new owner. I am offering both the 1 and 5 cent wrappers together & both are super nice high-grade examples. The 5-cent variation has the “Twin Blony” side panel ad variation & bold, red color that can accentuate wear or imperfections. There is virtually no wear to the card corner points which is very unusual given the bold red background. When viewing under a bright light & 5X magnification, I do see a 1/8” repaired nick near the middle of the bottom edge. The 1 cent wrapper looks about perfect – I see one tiny nick on a card edge area that is very hard to detect. If you own a 1957 set or card collection these wrappers would be the perfect compliment. If you collect vintage wrappers these are about the finest condition you will find. I think you will be very happy with the bright, bold color, clean surfaces, and overall quality.
