Super Middleweight Willis was the headliner for a fight card that featured seven bouts, incl. what was supposed to be a 12-round title contest b/ Willis and Buck Smith for the Southern Boxing Association Championship. (The 16-0 Willis ended up recording a TKO over Lopez McGee.)

Tennessee Athletic Commission-sponsored event held at Montgomery Central High School in Clarksville, TN.

EX or better condition; heavy paper stock with minor surface indentations.
