GNE Honeybee 1600 Features:
Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) in a string of 2 photovoltaic modules.
Increase efficiency by up to 25%.
Reduces the impact of a shaded module on the performance of others.
Reduces the negative impact of high temperature on the service life of photovoltaic panels.
MOC 2 x 800 W.
For two modules.
Real-time monitoring of panel performance with saving statistics on the manufacturer's server (optional).
Safe solar system, remote shutdown (optional).
Compatible with a third-party inverter, available for a new or existing solar power plant.
Easy installation, without any modifications. Included in the break of the solar panel chain.
Allows you to optimize both part of the solar panels in the string and the entire string.
25 years of predicted trouble-free operation
The GNE Honeybee 1600 power optimizer is installed together with any inverters when placing solar panels on partially shaded areas of the roof. It is used for both network solar stations and autonomous solar power plants. It is installed at the output of the solar panel in the circuit break of the positive and negative poles of the panel. And the optimizer output is to the common circuit of the field.
The optimizer can be installed both on each panel of the solar field and on individual panels that are in the shade. The optimizer starts working when current flows in the solar field circuit, and no additional actions are required for commissioning. The use of optimizers allows you to ensure that a technically defective, shaded or dirty panel does not affect the operation of the entire branch.
Productivity increase
• Max. efficiency 99.6%, weighted efficiency – 99.0%
• MPR tracking at the module level, minimizing module mismatch, increasing productivity and output up to 30%
First of all, you should decide whether power optimizers are needed at all in your case. We recommend using devices if:
• the roof on which the solar panels will be placed has a complex structure, with different planes and slopes;
• there are trees, tall buildings, power lines, other objects nearby that cast a shadow on the photovoltaic field;
• the roof area is small, and you want to use all the available space as productively as possible;
With stable shading of certain areas of the array, it is better to install optimizers on the "problematic" panels.
Advantages of Honeybee 1600:
• Compatibility with inverters of any manufacturers.
• Selective placement possible.
• Wide input voltage range compatible with high module open circuit voltage (Voc).
• Module frame mount compatibility for quick installation
• Flexible system configuration for shaded and multi-space modules allows you to combine different types of modules in one chain
