'Very Good' laptops may contain multiple scratches, scuff marks and dents on the casing, speakers and bezels.
The casing may also be missing parts or hinges.
The screen will be in decent condition, but again may have light scratches and light pressure marks.
The keyboard may feature noticeable signs of use, including lightly worn keys and the webcam may have a slight fault, including light or dark image upon use.
The trackpad may feature signs of use including wear. There may be 1-2 rubber feet missing on the bottom casing. Battery life is expected to hold minimum 2 hours on stand-by.
Fair
A 'Fair' laptop may contain multiple scratches, scuff marks and dents on the casing, speakers and bezels with excessive damage, and the casing may be missing parts or hinges.
The screen will be in okay condition, but unlike 'Very Good' condition, there may be scratches, cracks and/or pressure marks on the screen.
The keyboard may not function fully, with some or all of the keys being faulty.
The webcam may have a fault, including light or dark image upon use.
There may be 1-2 rubber feet missing on the bottom casing.
The track-point may be missing from the keyboard and the trackpad buttons may not function at all.
The trackpad may also feature noticeable signs of use including wear and tear.
Battery life can vary, and in some cases it may lose charge quickly.
Very Good
'Very Good' monitors have to pass a screen test with no discolouration, however they may feature light scratches and pressure marks on the screen.
There may be dead pixels on the display, up to 5 dead pixels are considered acceptable for 'Very Good'.
They may also contain scratches and scuff marks on the casing body and on the stand with minor signs of use.
A 'Very Good' monitor might feature a damaged cable holder, while the screen could have multiple scratches and/or scuff marks, but there will be no cracks or excessive damage on the screen.
Fair
Fair monitors features noticable defects on the screen and on the casing.
Please expect either scratches, small cracks, pressure marks, dead pixels on the display.
The bezel and rear casing may feature noticeable scratches, scuff marks and cracks.
The stand may also feature noticeable scratches.
'Fair' monitors are fully functional with minor defects.

Dispatch & Delivery
All items are dispatched within 3 working days and delivered between 3 - 5 working days (unless specified otherwise) from receipt of cleared payment.
We allow collection on all of our products. Please ensure you place your order and make payment first on eBay before attempting to collect. We will require at least 24 hours from payment before you are available to collect. You must provide some proof of receipt upon collection.
Returns Policy
There is a 60 day return period should you change your mind with the product.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is efficiently packed and is sent to our warehouse safely.
We must receive the item in the same condition you received it.
We can provide a postage label (DHL/FedEx) for you, however we will deduct a fee of £15.00 from your refund.
Please ensure you contact us within 2 weeks of purchase. Should the item arrive back to us damaged, you may be liable for any damages.
Damaged Products
There is a 60 day return period for faulty items. If the item has arrived in a faulty state, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss with you how to resolve the situation. We will accept returns within this period and provide a postage label free of charge.
Items returned must be in the same condition as when you first received it. You will be liable for any further damages to the item.
Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct an inspection to verify the reported damage. If the item is found to be faulty as described, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. In the absence of any identifiable damage, a partial refund will be issued, deducting £15.00 to cover shipping costs.
Please note, any requests for returns submitted beyond the 3 Month period from the date of receipt will not be accepted for damaged products.
