Dispense a small amount of Bio-D Cleansing Fragrance Free Hand Wash onto wet hands. Rub thoroughly to create a lather, then rinse well with water. Repeat as necessary.
This hand wash is intended for external use only and is not a substitute for a balanced diet or any medical treatment. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before use. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, perform a patch test before regular use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or rash occurs. Use the product as directed on the label. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Misuse of this product, such as swallowing or excessive application, may cause adverse effects. Seek medical advice if accidental ingestion occurs. Store the hand wash in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use. Always read and follow the label instructions carefully before use.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient. If your purchase is unsatisfactory return the goods to us within 30 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

We promise to have your item dispatched (Packed and handed to Royal Mail) the same day if you order before 1pm Monday to Friday and funds are cleared, but please remember, once the item has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Royal Mail and we put our trust in them to deliver swiftly.

Next day Service
Next day delivery service is available by purchasing Royal Mail special delivery. This would be delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD. All purchases for next day delivery must be purchased before 1 pm and funds must be cleared in order for item to be dispatched for next day delivery.

Items posted international are posted with Royal Mail Standard International, Royal Mail Tracked/Signed service or one of our selected couriers depending on the service you choose at checkout, value and weight of your order. Items are dispatched (Packed and handed to Royal Mail or our selected courier) the same day as long as purchase is made before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday. Items posted international usually take 3-5 days within Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe with Royal Mail. Items can however take up to 3 weeks if there are delays with the post.
