This is a super-rare 1992 MLB Uniform Style Guide. Leagues used to print these guides for their licensees, to ensure uniformity across merchandise product lines. Such guides are now a thing of the past, as all the information is kept online.

The guide is housed in a 24-ring binder with very cool graphics on the front and back. For each of the league's then-current 26 teams (the Diamondbacks, Marlins, Rays, and Rockies didn't yet exist), there's a color foldout page showing the team's uniforms and official color-swatch chips, followed by a black-and-white page featuring camera copy for the team's logos. The Phillies are the one exception — the designs for their new 1992 uniforms weren't finalized at press time, so they simply have one page with a mix of color and black-and-white logos.

This guide is in superb condition, but please note the following imperfections:

- The color pages for the Giants and Padres are creased (see photos).

- The guide's original owner (the owner of a greeting card company that was an MLB licensee) wrote "1 - 1992 current" in light-orange pen in the top-right corner of the front binder cover, and "1 - 92" in black ink on the lower spine (see last two photos).

This is a unique piece of MLB history for the serious collector. Good luck finding another one, at any price!
