~ Painted Options ~
Each painted figure takes 3 - 5 days to paint
to ensure quality and satisfaction
How Painted Figures are fulfilled:
Paint Figures are preorders and use a 2-step system
After purchase, you will receive a terms & conditions message to acknowledge and are required to confirm your order within 48 hours after the message is sent.
After confirmation you will first receive a postcard (with goodies) to confirm your place in the painting queue. When it is your turn, we will send you a coupon code to repurchase your figure, or any other on our eBay store at no cost. This ensures proper tracking, progress updates, and protection through eBay.
Fully Painted (Preorder)
(Painted Option)
- Figures are hand-painted with a protective varnish to prevent fading or rubbing.
- They may be partially assembled for concern over breakage during shipping, assembly will be simple, with no additional items required.
- Photos with a *painted on* date are examples of past work.
Paint Queue Reservation
(Painted Option)
- This reserves your place in our painting queue without paying the full price upfront.
- Is not refundable
- It's the exact same quality as Fully painted (preorder); the payment is split.
How Paint Queue Reservation is Fulfilled:
- After placing your order and confirming with the terms of service, you will receive a physical postcard (with goodies) and be given a painting queue number.
- We will lock in your price of your chosen model. You may change models at any time.
- When it is near your turn, we will ask for the remaining balance. This is the last time to change models. The cost of the reservation goes towards the final bill.
Pop of Color
(Partially Painted Option)
- Figure is assembled and primed in two colors of your choice.
- One or Two features (weapon, base parts, etc.) are fully painted.
- A protective varnish to prevent fading or rubbing.
- This is NOT added to the painting queue.
- This can be shipped back to be fully painted with a discount from retail fully painted price.
- Fulfilled within eBays shipping estimates.
- The figure may be partially assembled for concern over breakage during shipping, assembly will be simple, no additional items required.

Parts
(Non-Painted Option)
- Parts are fully cured, supports removed, unassembled & unpainted.
- Gap-filling and assembly required.
- Fulfilled within eBays shipping estimates.
- All parts will be given to make any single model variation.
- A checklist of parts is included.
Parts Plus
(Non-Painted Option)
- Parts are Sanded, primed, and test-fitted for easier assembly.
- Parts are NOT gap-filled or assembled / glued together.
- Fulfilled within eBays shipping estimates.
- All parts will be given to make any single model variation.

Assembled and Primed
(Non-Painted Option)
- Sanded, fitted, glued, gap-filled, and cleaned.
- Primed with black or dark grey base with zenithal white highlights.
- Ideal for painters or display; shows detail better than unpainted.
- Fulfilled within eBays shipping estimates.
- May be partially assembled for concern over breakage during shipping, assembly will be simple, no additional items required.
~ Other Information ~
3DPrinters / Resin
- 3D printed on 16k resolution resin printers at 3-micron layer height.
- Abs-Like Resin is used for durability. Clear Abs-Like Resin is used for effects.
~ Extras ~
- 3g CA / Super Glue Gel for assembly or repairs.
- Odor absorber pack (activated charcoal) to reduce resin smell on arrival.
