The Transformers Ghostbusters SDCC collaboration item featuring Optimus Prime in a unique Ghostbusters look called MP-10G Optimus Prime Ecto-35.

This has not been opened. 

Packaging has some light and wear to it due to the thin cardboard like material used for it. 

Most notable things are: 

- box is slightly inward on one side of the curve.

- plastic/box near the wheels of the truck pop outward.
