Contact us within 24 hours of signing for your item if it is damaged so we can file a claim with the shipping company and get you a refund or a replacement. PLEASE KEEP THE BOX FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS.

Refunds will only be given upon inspection of the package. Any items that are opened or have missing items will be deducted from the refund amount.
