Listed here is a 0.5X WD165 Auxiliary Object Lens.  This lens came from a university - I have no idea what country it was made in.  Came from an old microscope with no visible branding that was scrapped for parts.  No scratches or distortions noticed on this lens.  Scratch-like things visible in the picture is the table and not the lens.  It looks like it may have oily residue on the lens - I have not attempted to clean it in any way.  You get the exact unit(s) seen in the pictures.
