A copyright 1907 cook book from The Malleable Steel Range Company of Soth Bend, Indiana. It has 79 pages with many recipes and some pictures of their kitchen cooking ranges. Also, the history of cooking is given. Their ranges were made of annealed gray iron. which was very malleable and strong and steel for strength. It has missing corners which wore off over the years. I can see that clear tape was applied to keep the covers attached. NOTE: I am selling my advertising recipe cook books collection of 1000's dating from 1870's to 1930's.
