This is the Power Steering Fluid Cooler From a 36k mile 1979 Mustang Pace Car with Mounting Brackets.
This is as removed from a driven car (went 5 speed) not leaking condition...
The core measures 11.5 x 4 ... overall ruffly lil over 14.5 with brackets.
Surface Rust on Brackets... Fins need straightening... see pics..
