The book is in good to good minus condition, free from rips, tears, and bends.  The previous owner's name is written on the front free end page.  There is cracking at the gutter on the front free end page and there is a bookplate on the front end page.   Page 51 has a stamp on. it and page 89 has a small amount of writing.  A couple of pages have minors spots.  The boards are in good minus condition with stains and edge wear.  The binding is tight and fairly square.
