IMO, these oversized Balenciaga pants WILL FIT BEST to WAIST SIZES 32-34 US, with no waist-cinching, and letting the drawstring cord just hang out. 

I’m a 5’11”, 165 lbs male, with a true waist size 32 (48 EUR), and these pants fit me perfectly, with no need to cinch the waist. 

Will fit also to waist sizes 30-31 by cinching the waist using the floral-printed inner drawstring.
