3 Vintage Joker & Robin from DC Comic Batman Figures Cake Toppers.  The smaller Joker is a 1989 PVC figure by Applause.  He measures 2 3/4" tall.  The larger Joker is 4.5" tall and is a 2017 Burger King Kids Meal & DC Comics Justice League toy figure.  He has one arm that flips out when you push the button on his back and he is in working condition.  Robin is from 1993 and is riding a motorcycle scooter.  He measures 2" tall, 2 3/4" long and 1 1/4" wide.
