What Else You Might Need?

This is a complete system, if you do not select a HDD then there will be no recording, its highly recommend you select a HDD unless you have your own. A monitor is needed to view the CCTV however you can use a smart TV or connect to the internet and view on your smart device or PC. To connect to the internet and view online you will also need a LAN cable to connect the DVR to your Internet router or use a powerline adaptor. Also the cameras are waterproof and outdoor however like all CCTV cameras the connection to the cable is not waterproof. For outdoor use you might need a junction box or a deep base, click the picture of the bases to take you to the correct bases for this camera.

Warranty

All cameras and recording device's (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty. All other items are 1 year.

All items are shipped Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We ship within one business/working day. We offer standard and expedited shipping.

We are VAT registered and we can provide VAT receipts upon request.

We accept all returns if we are notified within 60 DAYS of the time when you agreed to purchase the item. If the item is defective you must notify us immediately and we will pay to have the item returned to us.
