The bulky items are shipped on a palette at the bottom of the home within 7 to 15 days in mainland France and 7 to 30 days in Corsica and internationally.

Do you change your mind? You have a period of 14 days upon receipt of the item (s), to send us the package (s) in good condition, in their original packaging (return costs to your charge). We will reimburse you upon receipt of the item.

If, despite all the care that we take to package our items, your object came damaged, you have the possibility of being reimbursed.

 The bulky items are ensured and we accept the return (return costs).
