6). Machine will be delivered, Ocean Freight Paid, to Southampton or Felixstowe Port. However, all additional Charges will be the responsibility of the Buyer to Clear Customs, pay Co-Loader Fees, Pay Port Fees and Duties, VAT prior to pick up from the Port. Buyer will also be responsible for transport from the Port to the Final Destination.
D).After-sale Warranty:
We provide one year for whole machine (Spindle motor is half year. The blades, sensor, power cable are expendables, not include).
E).Return Policy:
Buyer should contact with us within 14 calendar days of receiving a defective product and let us know with detailed photos.
And all items must be packed in their original situation.
Buyer should cover the returning shipping charge.
