These are torn down and completely gone through from start to finish.
Factory Fuel Pressure Regulator + Housing is replaced with a brand new one.
Remanufactured OEM TBI injectors OR Brand New AC Delco injectors installed (depends on current stock)
New Fuel Regulator, Diaphram and Spring
New Regulator Housing
New gaskets from top to bottom
Black oxide bolts for longer life
Re-finished fuel inlets
Upon re assembly, injectors are tested to ensure flow rates match. Regulator is tested to verify idle fuel pressure.
All housing bolts torqued to spec.
No other gaskets or assembly required
