Preowned. Unsure of any history on this piece. It is very well made, appears to be hand sewn/stiched/needled. On the back there is un-finished stencil/drawing outline for the birds wing. No rips in fabric but occasional stains most likely from being in storage?? Please see pics for condition and measurements below
