This is a custom Apple Duo Disk Cable I built as the original cables are either impossible to find, or very pricey.
These cables are used on Apple Duodisk Drives or the more modern Apple SmartPort SD Adapters

Connectors: DB25 male to DB19 male
The housing for the DB19 male connector is 3D printed as the original housings are unobtainium.
