Laboratory high-speed shear dispersing emulsifier with compact structure of the series-excited miniature high-speed motor drive, suitable for laboratory or pilot plant of low to medium and high viscosity liquid stirring and mixing, crushing granular materials in the liquid medium shear emulsification. The machine consists of high-density die-casting aluminum alloy for the body of the drive motor, high-quality stainless steel refined shear emulsification head and speed controller.

● The running status controller adopts stepless speed controller, and the digital display type adopts touch structure, which is convenient for speed regulation and correct data;

● The driving motor adopts series-excited micro-motor with high output power and compact structure, which is designed to be safe and reliable;

● Shear emulsifying mixing head is made of high quality stainless steel, good corrosion resistance, easy to disassemble and install the interchangeable stator;

● The shear emulsifying mixing head is connected with the driving motor by a coupling joint, which is stable in high-speed operation.
