All Lionel Aluminum 3-Bay hopper metal parts are subject to zinc rot. This includes the railings, steps, ladders, end caps, brake wheel, brake post, etc. Car is ends a slightly warped and will not fit perfectly in the packaging. Some pieces are included, not all are present. However, in transit and over time, more piece will crumble. Cars are sold as is with the information provided.

Payment must be made within 4 business days of purchasing an item or winning an auction! Under eBays new rules, if payment is not made within 4 days, the item will automatically be cancelled. This will result in a unpaid item defect under the buyers account, restricting them from how you can use eBay!

We offer a 30 day return policy through eBay once the item is purchased. An item must be sent back the same way it was sold and shipped. Please contact us before opening up a return request and we will gladly help to resolve the issue. We will do our best to help the customer which involves: returns, partial credits or an exchange. Within 2 days of receiving your item, please contact us with any issues you have regarding your purchase! Shipping and any additional fees will not be refunded if the return is because of a buyers mistake!
