Welcome.  This is a vintage beauty in good preowned condition considering its age.  Late 1800's to early 1900's?  It appears to be hand blown glass with a definite pontil on the bottom.  The stopper has a hand written 3 on it and there is a 3 on the bottom of the oil/vinegar bottle as well.  It is approximately 6 1/4 inches tall.  The base is approximately 3 1/4 inches wide. Perfect for homemade salad dressing or the typical oil or vinegar.  A small flea bite inside spout.  Note photos.   Could use a light cleaning but will leave that for the next fortunate owner.  There may be minor wear on the enameled paint on the glass.  Please refer to the photos for condition as that is part of the description.
