Q1:ls it unprocessed human hair ?

A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed. lt is100% unprocessed human hair,can be dyed,perm,bleach,iron.

Q2:Will the hair shedding ?

A: The hair is double weft weaving with minimum shedding it may be caused by float hair,our hair factoryworker will comb these cut hair by hand when producing, but because it is hand work, so there may stillhave some left, please comb with your fingers for several times, they will go out.

Q3:Why the hair getting tangle ?

A:Usually the hair is tangle due to dryness.build-up of oil and dirt, using of salt water or chlorine and?notcombing for some time.Also you know that, the hair lost nutrition when cut from young girl. so treat thehair like your own hair, shampoo and conditioner is very important for them. Wash the hair one time aweek, twice a week will be better.U can do a rival method (oil the hair, deep condition and detangle),addcoconut oil creme in the hair to keep the hair.

Q4:Why the hair has grey hair ?

A: As human hair, it is very normal for virgin hair to have gray hairs, especially since our human hair isnot altered.human hair is cut from young and healthy donor, so you can expect any natural affects suchas gray hairs,some split ends,and different curl patterns

1.   Delivery time: We send by China Post Air Mail in Default.  (20-60 days for different cournties, Brazil sometimes needs 90days). We send by Epacket to USA about 7-15 days.
