Gem 1989D has hub /machine, doubling ,plate blistering rotation die on reverse. Look at the pictures very good at an angle. They’ll see a slight rotated color. Gemtook it straight out of the sealed roll. Any questions feel free to text me. I have some more gems. Gonna post more a-13
