Exterior: Cloth binding is clean, square and tight. No wear to the corners or spine ends.

Interior: owner (Sally Spofford) name in pencil top of front free endpaper. Author signature in ink on the title page. Middle of front free endpaper has a brown stain from a small newspaper obituary notice of the author’s husband. Pages are clean with no tears or creasing. No handwriting other than owner and author signatures.

Dust Jacket: light wear spine ends and corners. Small moisture stain top of front panel.
