Vic20 IC SN74LS245 TRI-STATE LOGIC may fix Blank screen. for location IC UD8 or UE8 or UF8

This may fix a blank screen on a vic-20 - it also MAY NOT as it could be the vic chip itself or other logic faults.

Saying that when I repaired my vic20 & in hindsight I would start by replacing the cheaper logic chips first rather than the more expensive vic chip.
