These washers are designed to fit onto the splined shaft of the driveshaft, positioned between the outer CV joint and the wheel bearing or hub. Their purpose is to help push the driveshafts back into the gearbox when your vehicle is lowered, effectively minimizing or completely eliminating any wobble in the driveshaft that may occur due to lowering.
To install them, you will need to detach the driveshaft from the hub. The chamfered side should face inward, while the flat side should be placed against the hub bearing. These washers are specifically made for the OEM driveshaft.
