I also see other listings for similar bags which have an embossed style number of 9901 in the creed patch. I'm confused!

The serial number is in the format of xxxx-xxx and does not include the style number.

This is a Coach bag. It is made out of a completely natural glove tanned cowhide. The scars, scratches, veins and wrinkles  are natural markings characteristic of a full-grain leather.

The leather has been cleaned with Fiebing's Saddle Soap.

Then conditioned with Saphir’s Medaille d’Or 1925 Renovateur cream.

Wax polish has not been used.

Wax polish helps provide a hard protective wax barrier to the leather that is going to protect it from any type of water as well as small light scuffs and scratches.

The edge bindings have very little color variation and no visible wear or stress.

Pre-owned items are used and show varying amounts of wear.

For this reason, I provide many photos, which are the best representation of what you are considering buying.
