The TV will not have been used for any longer then 28 days from new and will have very low hours usage on the panel. 

Tested and refurbished and in good condition with minor blemishes: Minor hairline scratches located on the screen, one dot scratch located on the lower section of the screen. These can normally only be seen when the screen is off and the light reflects off of them from certain angles. Additionally there is also some back light sheet shrinking located along the bottom left hand side border. This can be seen more so on some block colours then others however less so when watching a normal moving picture. This will not worsen over time. (Please see pictures)

PHYSICAL DAMAGE 

This is physical damage to the surface of the screen and does not affect the pixels behind. It is most visible when the screen is switched off when the light reflects against it from certain angles, and is not always visible when watching a moving picture from a normal viewing distance of around 2 metres. It will not worsen over time.
BACK LIGHT SHEET SHRINKING

Backlight shrinking typically means that the diffusion or polarizing sheet inside the panel has deformed due to heat, age, or improper installation. This can result in uneven lighting, dark spots, or visible bright patches on the screen. In severe cases, it may cause the image to appear distorted or washed out. It will not worsen over time.

Delivery

Fast and Secure Delivery

  • TVs Sized 22 to 55 Inches: For TVs within this size range, we partner with APC Overnight, a trusted courier service known for its speed and care. Your order will be dispatched using their next-day delivery service, ensuring you receive your purchase quickly.

Order Dispatch:

  • Once your order is confirmed and processed, we carefully package your TV using secure materials to protect it during transit.

Tracking Details:

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
  • When using APC Overnight’s tracking system, you’ll need to input a 7-digit tracking number. If your tracking number is longer, please use only the last 7 digits for accurate results.

 Delivery Times:

  • Orders placed before our cut-off time (2pm) will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
  • Deliveries typically occur between 8AM and 6PM.
  • Specific Delivery Date: If you need your delivery on a specific date, please leave a note at checkout, send us a message, or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available upon request but will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for details before placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

  • Our shipping service covers mainland UK addresses. If you're located in remote or offshore areas, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm shipping availability and costs.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, APC Overnight will leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from their depot. You can also contact their customer service directly using the tracking details provided.
  • If the re-delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the item is returned to us, the delivery and return costs may be charged. To avoid this, please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date, or arrange for an alternative delivery date in advance.

Change Deliveries

  • If you are expecting to receive an item and would like it delivered to a different address or left in a safe place, please contact our customer service team in advance to arrange this.
  • Changing the delivery address after the item has been dispatched may incur an additional fee. To avoid delays or extra charges, please ensure any changes are communicated before dispatch.

 

Damaged in Transit?

While rare, if your TV arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the next steps, including initiating a replacement or refund as outlined in our policy.
