Up for sale is a Briddell USA by Carvell Hall - 14 1/2" long knife with 9 3/4" Blade.  Not sure exactly what it is used for.  Blade is Chrome-Vanadium and handle is ivory color.    Great utensil to add to your collection. 

Excellent condition, looks almost new.  Please see pictures.
