To the right of the Artist’s monogram under the left hand boat is written ‘Boats in harbour Newlyn’. A St Ives Newlyn School modern original painting set behind glass (removed for shipping) in an ivory mount within a ‘distressed’ white frame. Approx sizes: Framed 37.5 cm x 47.5 cm or 14 ¾” x 18 ½”, mount 35 cm x 45 cm or 13 ¾” x 17 ¾”, board 22.3 cm x 30.5 cm or 8 ¾” x 12”. 

Appears to be in original condition with no marks or blemishes. The complimentary frame and mount are offered as used, with no commercial value. Glass has to be removed to avoid the risk of breakage and to comply with carrier rules. All retained intact if collected by appointment only.

Packaging: As far as possible WE recycle as much outer and inner packaging as possible whilst making sure that your valued purchase is safe. This is not only environmentally friendly but keeps down the high cost of new packaging. WE ship with glass removed for safety and to comply with shippers rules. 

Tax and Import Duty: YOU the  buyer are  strictly liable for the payment of any taxes or duties for all purchases. ref: Incoterms® 2010 Delivered at Place DAP named place. 

Insurance: WE undertake to insure the risk of loss or damage whilst in transit to you. If your delivery arrived damaged do not sign for it. We will pursue all claims via our carrier and within 60 days refund in FULL your purchase payment. We DO NOT alter the invoice value. 

Finally, all items are described as honestly as possible but would ask you to take reasonable care in evaluating your purchase. Most of our goods are NOT NEW and WE point out any defects as far as is reasonably possible. OUR view is that WE would want to buy from OUR site.
