Bliss was credited for creating the cover art on Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars and Grand Theft Auto V.

He was additionally credited as part of the Rockstar Production Team on Grand Theft Auto Advance, and later as a senior artist on Grand Theft Auto Online. He was also credited for voicing a pedestrian in GTA IV.

During his time at Rockstar, Bliss illustrated most pieces of art used for the promotional campaigns and loading screens in the Grand Theft Auto games, as well as some other Rockstar games like Bully, The Warriors and Red Dead Redemption.
